Protection from Customs Blocks

Your passport content is tied to evidence and made integrity-verifiable through a content fingerprint — qualified e-seal integration is in the pilot phase. You keep a verifiable chain of evidence ready against greenwashing claims.

Full Integration with ERP & Certificates

Move exports from ERPs such as Logo and Nebim, plus your GOTS, OEKO-TEX and GRS certificates, in minutes with bulk import. Cut your manual data-entry burden substantially.

Data Sovereignty & Trade-Secret Shield

Your supply-chain details are protected on EU-region, GDPR-compliant secure infrastructure. You decide which data is visible to whom — masked for brands, open for customs. Your data is never sold.

SME-Friendly & Incentive-Ready

Go live in days instead of weeks-long complex integrations. Lower your license costs through eligible Ministry of Trade software incentives (terms and rates depend on your application).

A digital passport is not a web page — it is a data infrastructure

Many manufacturers see the digital passport as just a simple web page behind a QR code. Yet EU regulation requires the data behind the passport to be verifiable, tamper-proof and interoperable with customs systems. Ahi Evrak gives your product not merely a label, but a trusted data foundation — your entry ticket to the EU market.

  • Verified, tamper-proof product data
  • Passport integrity verifiable via content fingerprint
  • A compliance gate that stops greenwashing before publishing

The story behind our name

A door that opens to truthfulness

Seven centuries ago, a saying travelled the bazaars of Anatolia: close your door to falsehood, open it to honesty. The Ahi guilds founded by Ahi Evran taught craftsmen more than a trade — they taught the honour of a promise: do your work well, look after your brother, never tip the scales. A master's mark stood as his product's certificate, and the market's trust travelled with it.

Centuries passed. The workshop became a factory, the caravan a container; yet the question never changed: who stands behind these goods? Today it is Europe asking — and it wants the answer in writing. A digital identity for every product sold: certificates, tests and declarations in one place. A product's paperwork is now digital; its name is the product passport.

Ahi Evrak takes its name from that old saying, and its work from today. It gathers a producer's scattered paperwork, ties it to evidence, and turns it into the passport Europe asks for. So the makers can keep making — we keep the door open.

You produce, we handle the paperwork.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a Digital Product Passport (DPP) and why does it matter for exporters?

A Digital Product Passport is a digital identity that brings together a product's material composition, sustainability certificates and traceability records. Under the EU Ecodesign Regulation (ESPR), it is expected to become gradually mandatory for textile products placed on the EU market.

When does the DPP obligation start for textiles?

Application is expected after the transition period that follows the textile-specific Delegated Act. The exact date will be set by that legislation; preparing your data foundation now is critical to avoid customs disruptions.

How are our data and trade secrets protected?

Your data is kept fully isolated per company and protected with enterprise-grade encryption. You alone decide which information is visible to which role; sensitive commercial data stays closed to third parties and competitors.

How do we collect data from suppliers while protecting their secrets too?

With the Supplier Portal, your subcontractors and material suppliers enter data only into the fields assigned to them. Suppliers cannot see each other's data, and submissions reach the passport only after your approval.

Do France's AGEC Article 13 traceability rules apply to us?

Producers selling to the French market with annual turnover above EUR 10 million and more than 10,000 units per year are in scope. The countries where weaving, dyeing and making-up take place must be declared to consumers.

Is there government support for investing in digital product passports?

Within Türkiye's Ministry of Trade export support programme (No. 5973), software and Global Supply Chain support schemes may cover part of the cost; current conditions should be confirmed at application time.
